Ordior has to show your returns, delivery and warranty terms and your grievance officer on every product you list — that is the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, and it is Ordior that is answerable for it, so a listing without them cannot go live.

Payouts
Ordior collects the customer's payment, keeps its commission, deposits the TCS and TDS
against your GSTIN and PAN, and sends you the rest. The TCS and TDS appear in your own
returns and are yours to claim — they are not a charge.

Every review here comes from a customer whose order was delivered — there is no other
way to write one on Ordior, so none of these are from accounts that never bought anything.
You cannot reply to a review, hide one, or see who wrote it. That is deliberate: a seller who can tie a one-star review to a name and a phone number is a reason customers stop writing honest ones. If a review is factually false — it describes a product you do not sell, or an order that does not exist — email [email protected] with the product code and we will look at it.
